Oaklea  - The House

• House is approachable by car through two opening gates, width 2.43m. Sloping tarmac driveway, turning left onto flat tarmac surface. Ample parking. Luggage can be unloaded outside house.
• Flat surface leads to main entrance (back door).  Max width outside 1.10m. Doorway width 800mm. Step up 60mm.
• Entrance hall width 910mm.
• Alternate entrance proceed to front door via pathway. Part of path includes outlet drain from kitchen which can be temporary covered. Narrowest point 850mm. Step 70mm. Uneven stepping stones on lawn, can use lawned area. Step to archway 120mm. Archway 330mm width to enter open porch. Step 160mm to doorway 850.75 mm width.
• Hall width 1.32m.
• Downstairs door widths 800mm.
• Downstairs toilet door width 600mm. Slightly sloping entrance. Grab rail in place.
• Television/DVD player have remote control.
• Stairs with handrails to upstairs toilet. Width of stairway 870mm.  10 steps, each step 250mm height x 190mm depth. Toilet door width 600mm.
• Turn left, one step. Turn left four steps, 250mm height x 190mm depth with handrails to landing area. Bedroom doors 740mm. Bathroom door 600mm.
• Four bedrooms. Two double beds, twin beds and bunk beds.
• Non- feather pillows and duvets. Cotton or poly-cotton linen.
• Some mobile phone reception. Telephone downstairs.
• Worktop height 910mm.

Oaklea - The Garden

There are large lawned areas approached as above (entrance to front door). Further parts of the garden are approached via steps.

• Three steps railed on right. Steps 170-240mm high. Left turn (railed), two steps 120mm and 131mm. *Right turn, one step 200mm. Flat surface, step 131mm to sloping lawn. Alternatively, straight on at * to three steps 230 - 280mm to fairly flat large lawned garden.
